For strategic leadership in relation to QA it is important to stimulate an approach within the higher education institution that looks at QA beyond traditional systems and procedures and introduce new, innovative approaches to QA which are directly focused on continuous improvement. In this lesson we will introduce 2 different approaches that can be used for this purpose and can relatively easily be adopted on all organisational levels within higher education institutions.
